NuBiz Solution Terms of Service Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Project Initiation & Client Responsibilities

To maintain timelines, clients must provide all required content and materials (images, copy, logins, etc.) within seven (7) days of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If NuBiz Solution is responsible for content creation, delivery expectations will be mutually set.

Failure to provide required content in a timely manner may result in project delays. Excessive delays (more than 30 days) without written communication or approval may result in project termination without refund.

2. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon final approval before launch.

  • Payment is accepted via major credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

3. Revisions & Scope Changes

  • Unlimited revisions are provided within the original project scope.

  • Requests beyond the agreed scope or for new features will incur additional fees and timelines. These will be quoted and approved before work begins.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of the project start date (invoice paid or agreed start date).

  • If cancelled within 7 days, a partial refund will be issued minus a 25% non-refundable fee.

  • If NuBiz Solution terminates the project due to verbal or written mistreatment, the same refund policy applies.

  • Alternatively, clients may receive a credit for future use (minus 25%).

  • No refunds will be issued after seven days or once substantial work has begun.

5. Website Ownership & Licensing

  • Upon final payment, all custom work is owned by the client.

  • NuBiz Solution is not responsible for any content (text, images, videos) supplied by the client.

  • If NuBiz provides any stock images or graphics, they are properly licensed for use.

  • Clients are fully liable for any unlicensed or copyrighted content they provide.

6. Maintenance Plans

Maintenance support is available through our optional Website Maintenance Plans:

  • Hours do not roll over between months.

  • If a client cancels and returns, the minimum commitment is 3 months.

  • Updates are handled within 72 hours (business days only).

  • Urgent requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • One hour covers 2–3 small updates (product/blog updates, image swaps, minor layout edits, etc.).

  • Additional requests beyond the monthly hour will be reviewed individually.

7. SEO Services

Clients purchasing SEO services are subject to On-Site & Off-Site SEO Terms:

  • On-Site SEO includes: Meta tag setup, page titles, sitemap submission, header structure optimization, and internal linking.

  • Off-Site SEO includes: Link building, business directory submissions, and content strategy.

  • SEO outcomes are not guaranteed due to third-party factors (e.g., Google algorithm changes).

8. Platform Limitations

All website projects are subject to the functional limitations of the platform used (e.g., Wix). NuBiz Solution will inform clients of any known limitations during the planning phase.

9. Promotional Usage

NuBiz Solution may showcase elements of your project for professional promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Logo usage

  • Before-and-after screenshots

  • Portfolio highlights on our website or social media

We will always present your brand respectfully and use only to highlight the quality of work delivered.
